Message from Great Wyrley Parish Council
Our thoughts are with all the Members of the Royal Family as we join them in mourning the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. On behalf of Great Wyrley Parish Council we offer them our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolence.
Our Sovereign has been such an exemplary ambassador for our Country as she reigned over us for 70 years with incomparable dignity and true devotion to her duty to serve us, her subjects. Her presence and wisdom will be sorely missed by citizens throughout the Commonwealth and across the world.
Should you wish to record your condolence to the Royal Family a Book of Condolence will be available at Great Wyrley Community Centre for you to sign from today. Monday the Community Centre will make the book available to all residents from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00p.m. Monday to Friday and again between 7.00p.m. and 8.00p.m. in the evenings (Please note the evening sessions will be from Monday to Thursday only).
