Co-option of Robert Fairclough as Parish Councillor for Great Wyrley
Following the unanimous decision of the Parish Council to co-opt Mr. Robert Fairclough onto the Parish Council, Mr. Fairclough was to sign his Declaration of Acceptance of Office, Agreement to abide by the Code of Conduct expected of Councillors of Great Wyrley Parish Council and complete his Declaration of Financial Interests prior to taking his place at the table.
One Minute Silence in memory of the late Mary Owen
Cllr. Mrs. K. M. Perry MBE to lead the Council in a tribute to a much valued character of Great Wyrley, the late Mary Owen.
Two minutes’ Silence for Remembrance Sunday
Cllr. Mrs. K. M. Perry MBE will invite Members to observe a two minute silence in remembrance of all those who gave their lives.
Presentation by the Chase Arts for Public Spaces Organisation
Mr. M. Mellor BEM, the President and Treasurer of the Chase Arts for Public Spaces Organisation and a number of his colleagues will present the details of the proposed Memorial to the Mining Community of Great Wyrley which is presently at the planning stage.

Declarations of Interest
Cllr. Mrs. K. M. Perry MBE, Leader of South Staffordshire Council is no longer a member of the Planning Committee and accordingly does not need to declare an interest in planning applications under discussion, unless that application represents a personal conflict of interest.

To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 2nd October, 2024.

To receive any communications the presiding Chairman may wish to put before the Council.

Public Participation
The Chairman will move that the meeting be adjourned for a period of no more than fifteen minutes to allow any elector of the Parish or his/her representative to raise or question any issue appertaining to official Parish Council business. In order to take advantage of this opportunity a request to do so must have been made within the period of publication of the Agenda and the meeting itself and the request will be put before the Council by the Clerk and responses provided in due course.
Attendance by residents of Shaws Lane is expected on this occasion to seek an update on the situation relating to HGVs continuing use Shaws Lane.
