Parish Council Meeting – Wednesday 5^th October, 2022 to be held at Great Wyrley Community Centre, Landywood Lane, Great Wyrley at 7.00p.m.

You are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting in order to consider the matters itemised on the following agenda.

1. Apologies

To receive apologies which may be forthcoming.

2. One Minute Silence and Proclamation of the Accession of King Charles lll

The Chairman to hold a one minute’s silence in memory of HM Queen Elizabeth ll followed by Proclamation of Accession of King Charles lll to the Throne.

3. Minutes

To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 7^th September, 2022.

4. Chairman’s Announcements

To receive any communications the presiding Chairman may wish to put before the Council.

5. Public Participation

The Chairman will move that the meeting be adjourned for a period of no more than fifteen minutes to allow any elector of the Parish or his/her   representative to raise or question any issue appertaining to official Parish Council business.  In order to take advantage of this opportunity a request to do so must have been made within the period of publication of the Agenda and the meeting itself will be put before the Council by the Clerk and responses provided in due course.

To receive reports from Councillors on matters pertaining to South Staffordshire District Council.

9. Reports from Parish Councillors

To receive reports from individual Parish Councillors.

10. Reports from Outside Bodies

To receive reports from representatives of outside bodies.

11. Planning Applications

To consider planning applications which have been received by the Parish Council.

12. Finance

To include report of accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council held on 6^th July, 2022 and the report of outstanding accounts and     authorisation of payment.
