TO: All Members of Great Wyrley Parish Council

Dear Councillor,

Parish Council Meeting – Wednesday, 6^TH April, 2022 to be held at Great Wyrley Community Centre, Landywood Lane, Great Wyrley at 7.00p.m.

You are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting in order to consider the matters itemised on the following agenda. Please note there will be no printed copies of the agenda, minutes and reports available at the meeting, however, Members are welcome to bring either their own printed copy or use their electronic devices to the meeting in order to follow proceedings.

 Great Wyrley Parish Council wishes to follow the guidance set out below in order to ensure enhanced  safety for all attending public gatherings.

• Face coverings are now optional
• Hand sanitisers to be used on entry
• Own writing implements to be used

2. Minutes

(To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 2^nd March, 2022, the minutes of the Inaugural Meeting of the Annual Governance and Audit Committee on 15^th March, 2022 and receive the report of the Platinum Jubilee Committee meeting held on 24^th March, 2022.

3. Chairman’s announcements

(To receive any communications the presiding Chairman may wish to put before the Council).

4. Public participation

Any members of the public wishing to attend the meeting also need to adhere to the guidelines referred to above.  As is the usual practice any items which had been requested within the period of publication of the Agenda and the meeting itself will be put before the Council by the Clerk and responses provided in due course.

(To consider planning applications which have been received by the Parish Council.)

(To include report of accounts paid since the last meeting of Council held on 2^nd March, 2022 and the report of outstanding accounts and authorisation of payment).

12.  Exclusion of Press and Public

The Chairman to move that in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable that the public and press be excluded and that they are instructed to withdraw in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Section 1(2).
