To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 6 July, 2022.
3. Chairman’s Announcements
To receive any communications the presiding Chairman may wish to put before the Council.
4. 15 Minute presentation by Mr. R. Taylor of South Staffordshire Council
Mr. R. Taylor is to attend the Parish Council meeting to address Members on a number of topics relating to joint working with the District Council including Public Space Protection Orders and Dog Fouling.
5. Public Participation
Any items which had been requested within the period of publication of the agenda and the meeting itself will be put before the Council by the Clerk and responses provided in due course.
6. Clerk’s Report and Matters Arising
(a) Public Space Protection Order – Landywood Lane Play Area
(b) Request for Permission to open account to facilitate on line purchasing to ensure optimum value on behalf of the Parish Council.
(c) Request from Cornwell’s Chemists to use part of Star Land as a car park to serve the vaccination clinic to be set up at the Scouts and
Guide’s Centre.
(d) Replacement of damaged external door at Community Centre
(e) Suggestions for street names – Landywood Development
(f) Conclusion of Annual Audit and date for Annual Audit and Governance Meeting
(g) Repairs to Concrete Skate Park and proposals for re-opening of BMX Track – Report by Cllr. J. C. Jones
(h) Annual Tree Survey
(i) Update on Memorial Wall Project
(j) Temporary Overnight Closure of M6 Motorway
(k) Permanent Traffic Regulation – Landywood Lane
(l) Offer of project funding from CPC Civils under Community Payback Scheme
(m) Community Problem Solver and Crime Prevention Officer’s suggestions for protection of Community Centre and Millennium Green

To receive a report from County Councillor on matters pertaining to Staffordshire County Council.

To receive reports from Councillors on matters pertaining to South Staffordshire District Council.

To receive reports from individual Parish Councillors.
10. Reports from Outside Bodies
To receive reports from representatives of outside bodies.
11. Planning Applications
To consider planning applications which have been received by the Parish Council.
12. Finance
To include report of accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council held on 6th July, 2022 and the report of outstanding accounts and authorisation of payment.
13. Exclusion of Press and Public
The Chairman to move that in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable that the public and press be excluded and that they are instructed to withdraw in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Section 1(2).
