Parish Council Meeting – Wednesday, 6^th July, 2022, to be held at Great Wyrley Community Centre, Landywood Lane, Great Wyrley at 7.00p.m.

You are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting in order to consider the matters itemised on the following agenda.

Great Wyrley Parish Council wishes to follow the guidance as set out below in order to ensure enhanced safety for all attending public gatherings.

• Hand Sanitisers to be used on entry

To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 15^th June, 2022.

3. Chairman’s Announcements

 (To receive any communications the presiding Chairman may wish to put before the Council).

4. Public Participation

Any items which had been requested within the period of publication of the Agenda and the meeting itself will be put before the Council by the Clerk and responses provided in due course.

(a) Request to purchase land in the Parish Council’s ownership.

(b) Condition of Parish Council play areas.

(c) Request to hire Star Land for business venture.

(d) Request From Community Band to hold events on   Millennium Green.

(e) Community Partnership Notice Board on Millennium    Green.

(f) Dilapidated condition of board for Cemetery Notices.

(g) Public Space Protection Order – Landywood Lane Playing Field.

(h) Hedge cutting works to boundary hedge of Landywood Lane, Playing Field.

(To consider planning applications which have been received    by the Parish Council).

Specifically Planning Application 22/00544/FUL – Units 50-62 Landywood Enterprise Park, Holly Lane, Great Wyrley.

11.          Finance 

(To include report of accounts paid since the last meeting of Council held on 15^th June, 2022 and the report of outstanding accounts and authorisation of payment).

12.  Exclusion Of Press And Public

The Chairman to move that in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable that the public and press be excluded and that they are instructed to withdraw in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Section 1(2)
