Parish Council Meeting – Wednesday, 7th July, 2021, to be held at Great Wyrley Senior Citizens Centre, Broadmeadow Lane, Great Wyrley at 6.00p.m.
You are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting in order to consider the matters itemised on the following agenda. Please note there will be no printed copies of the agenda, minutes and reports available at the meeting, however, Members are welcome to bring either their own printed copy or use their electronic devices to the meeting in order to follow proceedings.

In compliance with the Core principles for safely reopening public buildings the following guidance still needs to be followed:-
- Face Coverings To Be Worn Unless Exemptions Are In Place Not To Do So.

Full planning application seeking permission for 50 dwellings served via a new vehicular access via Landywood Lane; the delivery of a new car park to serve Landywood Railway Station accessed via Landywood Lane; and the provision of public open space, surface water attenuation and associated enabling works

Please Note: The Parish Council will be considering this application at the meeting, however, the Senior Citizens Centre is not of sufficient size to be able to accommodate large numbers of residents in the public gallery. On this basis it is suggested that any resident wishing to make their views known on this application send their representations directly to planning@sstaffs.gov.uk or in writing to South Staffordshire Council Planning Department. However, should any resident wish to make their views known to the Parish Council prior to determination please may I suggest that comments are made by email to the Parish Council on admin@greatwyrleypc.com.

Exclusion Of Press And Public
The Chairman to move that in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable that the public and press be excluded and that they are instructed to withdraw in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Section 1(2).
