Public Participation

Any items which had been requested by email within the period of publication of the Agenda and the meeting itself will be put before the Council by the Clerk and responses provided in due course.

A code to allow Members of the public to join the Public Participation session of the virtual Parish Council Meeting hosted via Zoom will be published on the website in due course.

The Chairman to move that in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable that the public and press be excluded and that they are instructed to withdraw in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Section 1(2).
